With more than 30 years of experience in the construction industry, Steve brings a lifetime of knowledge, craftsmanship, and leadership to Sessions Contractors Group. As a third-generation construction professional, Steve grew up in the industry and has carried that legacy forward by building SCG around the principles of integrity, quality workmanship, accountability, and doing business the right way.
With more than 20 years of experience in the construction industry, Chad brings valuable hands-on knowledge and field leadership to Sessions Contractors Group. As Chief Production Officer, Chad oversees SCG’s day-to-day field operations, coordinating projects, monitoring quality, and working closely with our subcontractors to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to our expectations. He plays a key role in ensuring every subcontractor and project consistently meets The SCG Standard from start to finish.
With 10 years of experience in the construction industry, Taylor brings extensive knowledge in business operations, management, and organizational leadership to Sessions Contractors Group. As Chief Operations Officer, Taylor oversees the company’s day-to-day operations, helping ensure every department works together efficiently while maintaining the communication, organization, accountability, and high standards that define The SCG Standard.

As Office Manager, Michelle plays an essential role in keeping both our office and projects organized and moving forward. She supports our team through project documentation, scheduling, communication, administrative coordination, and day-to-day office operations. Working closely with our project team, clients, and subcontractors, Michelle helps ensure important details are tracked, information stays organized, and every project is supported in accordance with The SCG Standard.
